Orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered in 24 hours (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m. in the recipient's time zone.

Monday Morning Delivery - Order by Saturday at 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.

We’ll always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece.

Changes or cancellations of orders must be made prior to closing time one business day prior to the delivery date. Order changes requested after that time cannot be guaranteed. Special orders or custom arrangements cancelled after that time will be charged a 25% restock fee (only 75% of the purchase amount will be refunded).

Flower Lab arrangements do not require care for the first 2-3 days.

To maintain the freshness of flowers for the following days, we strongly recommend adding some water (4-5 oz) in the center of your bouquet. Click here for the full care instructions:
