Delivery Policy.
We can deliver flowers and specialty gifts only in Miami Dade and Broward counties.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.
Orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered in 24 hours (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m. in the recipient's time zone.
Monday Morning Delivery - Order by Saturday at 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
Morning Delivery Tuesday through Saturday - Order by 3p.m. in the recipient's time zone on the day before.
Afternoon Delivery Monday through Saturday - Orders must be placed with a 4 hour lead-time.
Sunday Delivery is available in some areas - In those areas, orders placed before 1p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered on that same day. The availability of Sunday delivery will be determined during order checkout.
Will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece.
There is a minimum delivery order of $100 on retail deliveries.
All orders must be prepaid in full. We accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard payments over the phone. Customers must prepay over the phone or online when the order is placed.
Changes or cancellations of orders must be made prior to closing time one business day prior to the delivery date. Order changes requested after that time cannot be guaranteed. Special orders or custom arrangements cancelled after that time will be charged a 25% restock fee (only 75% of the purchase amount will be refunded).
There are a limited amount of delivery slots available for each day. Surcharges may apply on large, bulk, or deliveries that require special attention.
